Job description
Circle is seeking a Director, Arc - Capital Markets Strategy & GTM to define and execute Arc's ecosystem strategy for institutional finance. You will work with Ecosystem Partnerships, Product, and Commercial leadership to identify high-value opportunities and shape the strategic roadmap for the capital markets ecosystem.
This is a highly strategic, zero-to-one role focused on ecosystem creation, market development, and product influence rather than traditional business development execution.
