Job description
SBA Communications seeks a Director, Area Construction to lead the Construction Services line for a defined region. You will own end-to-end operations, staffing, and financial performance, and drive growth in designated territories.
You will manage budgets, projections, and AR, coach Territory Managers, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with other departments to deliver projects on time and within scope. Occasional travel required.
