Job description
Crown Advisors seeks a Director of Asset Management to lead a portfolio of 6–8 Class A office buildings in major Sunbelt markets. You will drive financial and operational performance, develop value-add strategies, and oversee leasing activity and relationships with market participants.
You will partner with Regional Head to underwrite acquisitions and developments, update budgets, and guide a property-level team after acquisition. 15% travel may be required.
