Job description
Stepful is seeking a Director, B2B Operations Enablement to own the systems and processes that make enterprise program launches repeatable and scalable. You’ll partner with Customer Success, Product, Learning, and Engineering to design the operational foundation for bringing on new clients or programs without reinventing the wheel, reporting to the SVP, Operations in a hybrid NYC setting.
