Job description
CSL is seeking a Director, Contracting Strategy to lead the design and execution of contracting strategies that expand patient access and support growth across our biotherapies and vaccines portfolio. Based in Philadelphia, this role partners with market access, finance, legal, and commercial teams to shape value-based agreements, optimize pricing and reimbursement, and manage contract risk. You will build analytic frameworks, drive process excellence, and provide executive insights, all within CSL’s patient-focused, science-driven, and highly collaborative global culture.
