Job description
Johnson & Johnson in New Jersey seeks a Director, Project & Portfolio Management, Biosurgery (PPMG) to lead a team of Project Heads and drive cross-functional execution for new product programs. You will collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Supply Chain and Quality to hit time-to-market and cost targets.
This hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 remote) is based in Raritan, NJ. You will shape governance, manage risk, and influence senior stakeholders while advancing biosurgery
