Job description
Pattern is seeking an Associate Director of Brand Experience to lead a high‑performing team of Operations Managers and drive marketplace strategy for our brand partners within Pattern Creators. This role is a hybrid, full‑time position based in Lehi, Utah.
You will scale TikTok Shop operations, mentor offshore teams, and refine the strategic playback across cross‑functional partners in product, supply chain, and finance, focusing on speed, quality, and impact.
