Job description

Equity Trust Company seeks a Director of Brokerage Operations, Account Lifecycle, to oversee day-to-day broker-dealer operations for new accounts and maintenance. This leader guides regulatory interpretation, process updates, and technology use for opening and maintaining accounts.

The role requires strong governance, risk management, and collaboration with FINRA and other regulators, plus a track record of building capable teams and guiding policy changes.
