Job description
LendingOne, headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a Director of Underwriting for Builder Finance. You will underwrite complex builder finance transactions, set standards, workflows, and credit guidelines to scale the division.
You’ll work with Sales, Credit, Capital Markets, and Leadership to structure loans, evaluate risk, and guide the team. The ideal candidate brings deep builder finance expertise, budgeting, draw administration, and risk assessment.
