The Business Development Director will assist in the business development efforts and support a sales culture for Skanska in central and Northern VA market as well as the Washington DC area. This position will be tasked with supporting the business development plan to reach and establish relationships with high level clients, stakeholders and community partners in the markets we serve. As an extension of the local teams, this position will collaborate and work closely with the Mid-Atlantic business development team, account managers, operations leaders, preconstruction, and senior management.

Business Development Director Required Qualifications:

8+ years Business Development related experience in business development, operations or management experience;

Must have previous working knowledge of the CM/GC or AE business market.

Proven experience working on/managing multiple projects simultaneously

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.

Salary Low

USD $140,000.00/Yr.

Salary High

USD $175,000.00/Yr.
