Job description
Merck & Co., Inc. seeks a Director of Business Unit Engagement to synchronize BU and CEI planning and drive adoption of CEI capabilities across the brand.
You will chair cross-functional planning sessions, align brand priorities with CEI delivery, and track OKRs to ensure measurable impact. You will partner with Strategy and Change teams to sequence capability rollouts, prepare executive readouts, and support leadership teams with clear, actionable summaries.
