Job description
Speros is seeking a Director of Design & Construction to lead all design coordination, construction management, and infrastructure delivery across the Speros Florida campus—a 775-acre, multi-phase life science development in Pasco County. You will own end-to-end delivery, budgets, and schedules, coordinating with tenants and public partners.
The role demands a strong background in horizontal and vertical construction, team leadership, and experience with complex development programs; PE or PMP
