Job description
Kyndryl is seeking a Director, Strategic Workforce Planning to ensure the organization has the right capacity to meet current and future demand. You will translate forecasts into actionable capacity plans, balancing supply and demand across people, skills, and delivery needs, partnering with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to drive accuracy and informed decisions.
