Job description
Vivmark Residential in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Director of Capital Planning to oversee a Northern California portfolio of capital projects. You will lead underwriting, design, execution, and performance reporting to drive asset value and resident experience while developing a high-performing team.
Collaborate with Asset Management, Investments, Design, Engineering, and Operations to prioritize opportunities, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and deliver measurable ROI across projects.
