Hampton University seeks a Director of the Career Center in Hampton, VA to provide strategic leadership and oversight of comprehensive career development services for students and alumni.
You will lead innovative programs for career readiness, internships, experiential learning, and employment outcomes, while forging strong partnerships with employers, faculty, alumni, and community partners. This role requires budgeting, policy development, and cross‑department collaboration.
