Job description
Cal Poly Pomona is seeking a strategic leader to guide the Career Center within the Office of Student Success. You will drive career readiness initiatives, collaborate across Academic and Student Affairs, and advance equitable participation and student outcomes.
The role emphasizes partnerships with employers, experiential learning, and data-driven program assessment to enhance student success and post-graduation outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position at Pomona.
