Job description
Sacred Heart University invites applications for the Director of Career & Professional Development for the College of Arts & Sciences. The role oversees career services, internships, employer relations, events, and campus recruiting to support students and alumni.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 3–5 years in higher education career development, with strong coaching, communication, and program management skills. Evening/weekend hours may be required.
