Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Director of Clinical Documentation Integrity to lead a nationwide CDI program onsite in Naples, FL. You will drive documentation quality, reimbursement accuracy, and regulatory compliance while partnering with physicians and revenue-cycle leadership.
Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in CDI, 5+ years in leadership, CCDS/CDIP/RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CCS-P credentials, and a strong track record in inpatient CDI and physician engagement.
