Job description
Franco Manufacturing Co., Inc. in Metuchen, NJ is seeking a Testing & Regulatory Compliance Director to oversee product safety, testing, and regulatory programs across children’s products, including plush and textiles.
You will partner with Product Development, Design, QA, Sourcing, Legal, and Retail Compliance to ensure compliance from concept to market. This role requires deep expertise in CPSIA, CPSC, ASTM, COPPA, REACH and regional chemical regulations.
