Ally Financial seeks a Director of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of customer authentication across channels. You will balance fraud risk, security, costs, and customer experience while owning omnichannel login, MFA, passkeys, and recovery workflows.
The role partners with Fraud, Cybersecurity, Risk, Operations, and Engineering in a highly matrixed environment.
