Job description
Wheels, LLC is seeking a Director of Client Excellence Enablement to drive client retention, health, and strategic renewals. The role partners with Client leadership to deliver insights, tools, and messaging to mitigate risk and win complex renewals.
The position requires a decade of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, with a hybrid work arrangement in Alpharetta or Schaumburg. Lead cross-functional enablement and standardize renewal processes to improve client outcomes.
