Job description
Influential, working with Publicis Groupe clients, seeks a Director of Client Management to lead campaign activation and client satisfaction. This role requires coordinating with VP/SVP, driving delivery excellence, and expanding account opportunities across campaigns and teams.
The Director will oversee multi-stakeholder communications, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain strict adherence to Influential processes. Travel may be required to support campaigns.
