Job description
Ipsos is seeking a Director, Client Success to lead technical projects for the Communities and Custom Panel team in Culver City, CA. You will drive client communications, documentation, SOP updates, and end-to-end project financials.
In this role you will oversee recruitment strategy with external vendors, coordinate weekly status meetings across client teams and operations, and refine SOPs to address evolving client workflows while delivering measurable value.
