Job description
Pathos AI seeks a Director of Clinical Data Management to establish and lead the data management function across oncology trials. You will report to the Chief Clinical Operations Officer and build CDM strategy, systems, and processes from the ground up.
You will own data collection, cleaning, and integrity, guiding datasets for analysis and regulatory submissions, while partnering with biostatistics, clinical development, and data science teams to ensure trial endpoints are supported.
