Job description
Enlyte seeks a Director of Clinical Management & Intake to lead Workers' Compensation clinical services and intake operations. You will manage Nurse Case Managers, intake staff, and administrative teams, owning budgets, workforce planning, and key performance metrics, while driving AI-enabled improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred candidates reside in New Jersey or surrounding states due to regular travel within New Jersey.
