About This Role
The Director of Clinical Operations VNA is responsible for overseeing all Erie clinical services, ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration, and directing new clinical service lines. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong background in healthcare management and home care settings.

What You'll Do
Oversee all Erie clinical services within assigned areas, specialty nursing, and rehabilitation services.
Ensure interdisciplinary collaboration and development of new clinical service lines.
Lead clinical operations, service delivery, and patient quality and engagement outcomes.
Manage financial performance and oversee supportive clinical services including scheduling and Telehealth.
Oversee Wound, Palliative Care, Flu/Immunization programs, and Care Management.
Collaborate with agency/system leadership to integrate services within Kaleida Health.
Anticipate needs in the development of new clinical services.
Requirements
Education:
BS - Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; MA - Masters in related field preferred.
Experience:
3 years of experience in managing in health care and in a homecare setting required.
Licenses & Certifications:
One of the following required upon hire: Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse.
