Job description
Mount Sinai Health System seeks a Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise programs that advance safe, evidence-based, and fiscally responsible medication use across the health system.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the role oversees formulary management, P&T operations, and clinical practice standardization, with emphasis on medication-use optimization, analytics, regulatory readiness, workforce development, and research.
