Job description
FCC Behavioral Health seeks a Director of Clinical Program in Cape Girardeau, MO. The role provides oversight of daily program operations, supervises the Clinical Manager and staff, and leads strategic planning and implementation to improve clinical care and outcomes.
The Director collaborates with the Clinical Manager, Clinical Officer, and Executive Team, ensures policy adherence, participates in PQI and community activities, and drives profitability and quality across the program.
