Job description
Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Director of Commercial Business Operations to sit at the center of the North American Commercial Organization and support sales strategy and enablement. This role will operate as a force multiplier across Sales Operations, Variable Compensation, Learning & Development, Sales Compliance, and Reporting & Analytics.
Your mandate is to drive clarity, execution, and outcomes across a complex commercial ecosystem while continuously evolving the way the organization operates.
This position is available in five locations across the United States and requires periodic travel (30% in North America).
