Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) seeks a Director for Commercial Due Diligence to lead end-to-end engagements, frame scope and risks, and manage client interactions with PE deal teams. You will drive cohesive stories and train Managers on judgment and leadership.
The role requires an MBA, 8+ years of experience including 2+ years in consulting or CDD, and a strong PE mindset with executive presence. Salary ranges from $150,000 to $225,000 plus discretionary bonus.
