Job description

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations in a large brokerage environment. This role partners with regional leadership to drive workflow standardization, process improvement, and scalable operating models across Commercial P&C.

Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years of leadership in commercial lines. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership are essential to advance
