Job description

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national SME in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. You will collaborate with leadership to drive performance, standardize workflows, and guide operational scaling and strategy.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations preferred. Remote role with CTZ hours and periodic onsite as needed, plus strong change leadership capabilities.
