Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national SME in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. The role partners with Divisional and Regional Leadership to advance objectives, standardize workflows, and drive growth while enhancing client service and shareholder value.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation is strongly preferred.
