Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. This remote role partners with executive teams to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and support M&A integration while delivering exceptional client service and shareholder value.
The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license with CPCU/CIC designation preferred, and brings 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
