Insurance Office of America offers a fully remote Director/VP, Commercial Lines role focused on national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. You will partner with divisional and regional leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and support producers and account teams for exceptional client service.
Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license, CPCU or CIC designation (preferred), and 5–7+ years of leadership experience within a large brokerage or agency.
