Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and agency workflows. This role partners with senior leadership to standardize processes, optimize performance, and support growth across the organization.
The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage or agency, and has experience with M&A integration, EPIC, and change management. Remote work is available with occasional on-site needs.
