Job description
Capstone Search Group is helping a highly regarded U.S. insurance company in Seattle, WA fill a pivotal Commercial Lines Underwriting Director role. You will lead and develop the underwriting team, drive profitability, and expand market opportunities in the West region.
You will coach underwriters and managers, implement pricing/retention strategies, and collaborate with claims, product development, and sales to optimize underwriting performance.
