Job description
Lakeland Community College seeks a full-time Director for Community and Adult Education. The role leads program development, community engagement, staff and instructor management, budget oversight, and continuous program improvement for courses offered.
The position reports to the Executive Director of Workforce Development and Employer Relations and requires strong leadership, collaboration with internal/external partners, and a track record in expanding community education initiatives.
