Job description

Lakeland Community College is seeking a full-time Director for Community and Adult Education. Working under the direction of the Executive Director of Workforce Development and Employer Relations, the Director leads program development, community engagement, staff and instructor management, and budget oversight.

Responsibilities include growing programs, engaging with community partners, managing ACEware-based registrations, evaluating outcomes, and ensuring alignment with college policies.
