Job description
Baltimore Children & Youth Fund seeks a Director of Capacity Building responsible for grantee technical assistance functions. Reporting to the President, the Director designs, implements, and amplifies various development and learning opportunities for grantees and the local youth development community, in addition to the systems and protocols to ensure effective participatory grantmaking decisions.
