This director leads a team in the development of innovative programs and initiatives to advance system mission and engagement priorities. This leader works closely with external community groups and various agencies to assess community needs, measure overall community health status and drive community relations and community benefit efforts.

This leader must be comfortable launching innovative initiatives, generating new opportunities for growth and impact, and bringing diverse stakeholders together to develop practical solutions that improve community health outcomes.
