Job description
Olema Oncology is seeking its first Director of Compensation to establish rigorous, scalable compensation governance for non-executive roles as the company moves toward commercialization.
Reporting to the SVP, People & Culture, you will own design, administration, and governance of base pay, equity programs, and sales incentives, partnering with executives, finance, and legal to drive market competitiveness and internal equity.
