Job description
Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Director, Compensation to design, govern, and oversee global compensation programs for executives and broad-based employees. You will partner with senior leadership, Legal, Finance, and the Compensation Committee to align base pay, incentives, and governance with business objectives.
The role requires a Bachelor's and 7–10 years in compensation, with a Master’s preferred. Strong regulatory knowledge and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
