New York City (onsite 4 days/week) | $160,000 + bonus
Are you the marketing leader who turns communities into movements?
We're working with one of the fastest-growing beauty brands in the world - a disruptor built on efficacy, accessibility and education, and now a top 10 skincare brand across every major retail partner. As they scale further across North America, they're looking for a Director, Consumer Engagement to own how consumers discover, experience, and champion the brand across every touchpoint.
Reporting to the VP, Marketing, you'll lead the full Consumer Engagement remit - Social Media, Influencer & Creator, Community and Events - building integrated programs that make the brand impossible to ignore, deepen consumer connection, and drive real commercial results.
What you'll do
Set the North America strategy across social, creators, community and experiential - and make sure it all works as one connected system.
Lead social media direction and performance, with deep TikTok and creator-led expertise, including social commerce and TikTok Shop.
Build and scale creator ecosystems and ambassador programs that turn fans into advocates.
Oversee events, activations and partnerships that generate real engagement, content and buzz.
Lead, coach and grow a high-performing team across social, creator and community/events.
Own the KPIs - connecting engagement, community growth and creator performance back to business impact.
What you bring
10+ years leading integrated consumer engagement across social, influencer/creator, community and experiential marketing.
Beauty, skincare, wellness or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred.
A track record scaling engagement functions inside high-growth brands.
People leadership experience - you know how to build and develop a team.
Sharp instincts for culture, platforms, and what actually drives consumer behavior, backed by a strong analytical mindset.
