Job description
Crowley seeks a Director, Controllership Enablement Office to scale governance, data discipline, and system enablement across controllership processes. You will own Oracle ERP and EPM capabilities, lead SMEs, and drive automation and AI-enabled improvements for accurate, repeatable financial reporting.
The role requires 8+ years of accounting/finance transformation experience, CPA preferred, and a hybrid work model in Florida.
