Job description
Amgen, a leader in biotech, is seeking a Director, Copay & Affordability (US Remote) to guide patient affordability initiatives. The role reports to the Sr Director and collaborates across Brand, Legal, Compliance and Finance to design and scale programs that improve access and affordability for patients.
The position requires strategic leadership, cross-functional partnership, and a focus on fiscal impact within Amgen's Patient Access team.
