Job description
Airwallex is seeking a Director, Corporate Legal to own the full lifecycle of high‑impact corporate transactions globally, including private financings, fundraising, secondary sales, and M&A.
You will work with the CEO’s Office, Corporate Development & Investor Relations, Finance, Tax, Regulatory Legal and other LRC teams to design and execute cross‑border deals that shape Airwallex’s governance and global footprint.
