Job description
YWCA Lancaster seeks a visionary Director to lead the Counseling Center, providing strategic direction, oversight, and fiscal stewardship for a comprehensive behavioral health program serving women, survivors of violence, and marginalized communities.
You will guide a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets and grants, and champion trauma-informed, equity-focused care while building partnerships with community organizations and healthcare providers.
