Job description
Charles Schwab seeks a Director of Counterparty Credit Risk – Securities Financing to lead the first-line risk program for agent lending, securities lending, repos, and secured financing transactions. You will develop strategies, oversee governance, and drive risk-informed decision making at the top of the firm.
You will manage a team of risk managers, partner with Treasury, Legal, and Finance, and influence senior leadership on complex transactions and emerging risks in a dynamic market.
