Job description
Trimont, a leading CRE loan services provider, seeks a Director of Credit and Asset Management to oversee a diverse portfolio of CRE debt investments across major U.S. markets.
You will manage loan administration, interest billing, cash waterfalls, draw administration, covenant compliance, asset performance analysis, and client reporting. You will guide loan-related workflows, supervise analysts, and collaborate with lenders, borrowers, and internal teams to optimize cash flows and portfolio
